Eco-friendly plasticizer. Is efficient, good impermissibility, high safety factor and flexible. It doesn’t contain phthalate, including 6P (DEHP, DIDP, DNOP, DINP, BBP, DBP). Used for PVC toys, chemical products, can reply DOP, DBP and ensure the same quality upon different PVC products. It is widely used in plastic products, like plastic film , wire, cable, gas pipe rubber sealing strip, tubular product footwear, artificial leather part.
Dioctyl adipate. Acts as a typical high quality cold resisting PVC plasticizer. Has high plasticizing efficiency and low color distortion upon heat, which endow the products with excellent pliability as well as light stability under low temperature. Possesses an average resistance to water as well. It reveals favorable lubricating action when processing and is often added with phthalate to make cold resisting agricultural film, cable clad, artificial leather, outdoor water tube, frozen food packaging film and so on. Can also be used as many synthetic rubbers’ low temperature plasticizer and cold resisting plasticizer of nitryl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, polystyrene, vinyl chloride copolymer and so on.
Halogenated polyether fatty acid ester. Acts as a high molecular weight plasticizer. It is generated from the ester exchange reaction as well as halogenating reaction of the natural oils and alcohol. Is an ideal new multi-functional plasticizer which can completely replace the chloroparaffin and phosphoric acid esters plasticizer. It is a kind of resistance to burn, non-toxic, environmental multi-fuctional plasticizer and particularly consistent with PVC as well as good plasticizing effect. Is especially suitable for export products and is widely used in plastic products like toys, PVC boots, PVC tube, PVC flame retardant conveyor belt, automobile interior, cable material, artificial leather, sealing strip etc.
