Polymer additives for Toys

Mark® CZ 11 V distributed by DKSH is a calcium/zinc stabilizer based on raw materials of vegetable origin. It is yellowish white, homogeneous and high viscous paste.

• It is used in the production of plasticized PVC articles, which meet the requirements for food approval, e.g. tubes, toys and plasticized films, which come into contact with food.
• Mark® CZ 11 V is suitable for processing by calendering, extrusion, injection molding, as long as the thermal and shear stresses involved during processing are not too high.
• Recommended dosage level is 1.5-3.0 phr.
• It is available in Malaysia.

VYNAMON™ Red 312201 distributed by DKSH is a quinacridone-based organic pigment. It exhibits very good fastness to migration, acid, alkali and light with good heat resistance.

• VYNAMON™ Red 312201 can be utilized in toys and food packaging application.
• It is recommended for PE, PP, PP fiber, PVC-u, PVC-p, PS, ABS and rubber.
• It is available in Thailand and Vietnam.

Fastogen® Pink K 4430 FP by Sun Chemical (DIC) is a highly transparent blue shade red organic pigment.

StarLight® FL500 by Shepherd Color is a non-warping, silver coated glass flake. It possesses brilliant light reflecting properties offering unrivalled sparkle and luster to many applications like plastics. It is easily dispersible and can be incorporated by simple mixing.

VYNAMON™ Yellow 119101 by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a high-performance organic pigment for plastics. It is a yellow colorant with excellent dispersibility. It is especially suitable for use in PVC, polyolefins, PS, ABS and PC.

VYNAMON™ Blue 515100 by Heubach is cu-phthalocyanine blue, alpha-mod. Possesses very good dispersability leading to outstanding brilliance, highest tinting strength and easy processability.
