Arctic® NTP Yellow 10P150 by Shepherd Color is a chemically inert, chromatic yellow inorganic pigment. It is produced by high-temperature calcination. It exhibits excellent UV and visible opacity and stable to heat and ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory, offering exceptional durability and hiding power.

• It is used in applications requiring high resistance to heat, light, chemical and weather.

BILLIONS® BLR-887 distributed by DKSH is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by chloride process. It is suitable to provide excellent processing performance, outstanding dispersion, good brightness, excellent tint strength and a blue undertone.

• It is recommended for engineering plastics and highly loaded masterbatch applications.
• BILLIONS® BLR-887 is available in Canada.

BILLIONS® BLR-886 distributed by DKSH is rutile titanium dioxide pigment. It offers excellent dispersion with minimal effect on melt flow.

• It is designed for use in engineering plastics produced by the chloride process.
• It provides bright white color with excellent processability and lacing resistance.
• It is suitable for high performance polyolefin masterbatch.
• BILLIONS® BLR-886 is available in Canada.

ADINS® Fireproof 80T by Tolsa acts as a flame retardant. It reduces the fire propagation by burning polymer dripping, enhancing the flame retardancy, minimizing the heat release and improving the integrity of the material by means of a very stable, consistent and compact char layer. Offers tailored performance benefits and improved processability. Imparts the advantages of an inorganic halogen-free technology which guarantees no additional toxic fume formation and minimal environmental impact. ADINS® Fireproof 80T is used in cables (conventional cables and emergency, alarm or safety cables), tools and structures (fire resistant structures, system boxes, emergency boxes and tools) and construction (plastic based wall panels, skylights/dormers, resin floors) and insulation (fireproof foams).

CASABOND™ E-LA by Thomas Swan is a new water-based RFL adhesion promoter. It offers a user-friendly, water-based additive for RFL, for use in single-dip and double-dip applications.

• It shows excellent adhesion to a wide range of elastomers after vulcanization.

Sanitized® TH 27-24 by Sanitized is an anionic, water-based antimicrobial agent. It offers reliable and durable protection against a large number of bacteria (gram-positive and gram-negative), yeast, micro-fungi, mildew, mold and algae, and prevents odor caused by them. Its activity disrupts the metabolic processes of microorganisms, interrupting their ability to function, grow and reproduce. It exhibits perspiration fastness and temperature stability up to 200°C. It is free from organic solvents and AOX.

• It is suitable for PUR foams based on TDI or MDI having varying density and hardness.
• It is designed for furnishing materials such as upholstery foams for mattresses, furniture and pillow, and household articles such as bath and kitchen sponges and other cleaning articles.
• It is also used in clothing, artificial leather, work and sportswear, rain and protective wear, shoes, tents and conveyor belts.
• Substrates protected by Sanitized® TH 27-24 have outstanding skin tolerance and are safe for man and environment.
• The recommended dosage level is 10-25%, when pre-dispersed in polyol.
• It is US EPA approved and EU BPR compliant.
• It is dermatologically tested and accepted for OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.

ENSACO® 250 G by Imerys is a conductive carbon black-based filler. It has a low surface area & high structure and is available in the form of granules as well as powder. It enables resistance to shear, conductivity. It shows very good purity and excellent electrical/mechanical balance. It offers very good dispersibility, excellent surface smoothness and very low water absorption. ENSACO® 250 G is suitable for electronic components, films, automotive industry, transport, computer, health, antistatic flooring, heating element, sensors, PTC switch, UV protection and pigmentation. It provides easy compounding and processing with high extrusion throughput. It is recommended for HDPE, PP, LDPE, PC, non-conducting applications, few conductive compounds such as seals, shoe soles, NBR conductive hose compounds and CR conveyor belts. It is used in semicon compounds (EEA/EBA) for conductor and easily strippable insulation shields (blends of EVA and NBR).
