ALCOTEX 55-002H by Synthomer is a colloidal dispersion of polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade. Contains random distribution of acetate groups. It is specifically developed as secondary suspending agent for vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. It can be used in conjunction with conventional primary suspending agents, improving porosity and bulk density relationship to facilitate both monomer removal and plasticizer uptake. ALCOTEX 55-002H has a shelf life of 24 months. ALCOTEX 432P by Synthomer is a 43% hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade, supplied as a low viscosity methanol based solution. Is specifically developed as secondary suspending agent for vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. It can be used in conjunction with conventional primary suspending agents, improving porosity and bulk density relationship to facilitate both monomer removal and plasticizer uptake. ALCOTEX 7206 by Synthomer is a 72.5% hydrolyzed, low/ medium molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade. Contains blocky distribution of acetate groups. It is specifically developed for use as primary suspending agent for vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. ALCOTEX 45 by Synthomer is a 45% hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade, supplied as low viscosity solution in water and isopropyl alcohol solution. Contains random distribution of acetate groups. Is specifically developed as secondary suspending agent for vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. ALCOTEX 45 can be used in conjunction with conventional primary suspending agents, improving porosity and bulk density relationship to facilitate both monomer removal and plasticizer uptake. ALCOTEX 8847 by Synthomer is an 88% hydrolyzed, high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade. Provides high colloidal stability in PVC suspension polymerization. ALCOTEX 8847 can be used in applications such as vinyl acetate containing copolymer resins and in standard grades. ALCOTEX 80 by Synthomer is an 80% hydrolyzed, high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade. Is specifically developed for use as primary suspending agent for vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. ALCOTEX™ WD100 by Synthomer is an aqueous solution of 43% hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade. It contains random distribution of acetate groups. It is developed specifically as secondary suspending agent for vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. It can infinitely be dilutable in water, and with an extremely low methanol content, ALCOTEX™ WD100 offers increased PVC grade porosity and reduced levels of gels or ‘fish eyes’. It is compatible with various conventional primary suspending agents, improving porosity and bulk density relationship to facilitate both monomer removal and plasticizer uptake. ALCOTEX B72 by Synthomer is a polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade. Contains block distribution of acetate groups. Is produced using an exclusive manufacturing process, allowing more efficient control over the degree of hydrolysis and particle size of the product. ALCOTEX 78 is manufactured using batch process, allowing more efficient control over the degree of hydrolysis and particle size of the product. ALCOTEX 552P by Synthomer is an aqueous solution of 55% hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade with low residual methanol content. Contains random distribution of acetate groups. Developed as a porosity enhancement agent for PVC suspension polymerization. ALCOTEX 552P can be used in conjunction with conventional primary suspending agents, improving porosity and bulk density relationship to facilitate both monomer removal and plasticizer uptake.
