ALCOTEX 432P by Synthomer is a 43% hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade, supplied as a low viscosity methanol based solution. Is specifically developed as secondary suspending agent for vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. It can be used in conjunction with conventional primary suspending agents, improving porosity and bulk density relationship to facilitate both monomer removal and plasticizer uptake.
