ALCOTEX 55-002H by Synthomer is a colloidal dispersion of polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH / PVA) grade. Contains random distribution of acetate groups. It is specifically developed as secondary suspending agent for vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. It can be used in conjunction with conventional primary suspending agents, improving porosity and bulk density relationship to facilitate both monomer removal and plasticizer uptake. ALCOTEX 55-002H has a shelf life of 24 months.
