Alkathene® XJF143 by Qenos is a low-density polyethylene. It is additive free. It is designed for low gauge (20-50µm) general purpose film applications.<br>

<li>Alkathene® XJF143 complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a).</li></ul> Alkathene® WNC199 by Qenos is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. It exhibits very low odor, taint and excellent heat seal properties. It also exhibits good drawdown low coating weight with very good adhesion to a variety of substances. It can be processed using extrusion coating. Alkathene® WNC199 is suitable for liquid packaging and other sensitive food packaging laminates. Alkathene® LDJ225 is a low density polyethylene. It is formulated with process stabilization, antiblock additive package and contains other additives designed to confer very high levels of slip. It is designed for the production of low gauge (20-50µm), high quality film. Shows incompatibility to strong oxidizing agents. Used in bread bag film and in a variety of general purpose low gauge film applications. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a). Alkathene® WJG117 is a low flow low density polyethylene. It is not recommended for high stress crack resistant applications. Shows high level of toughness and incompatibility to strong oxidizing agents. Used in thick section moldings, caps and closures. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a). Alkathene® LD1217 is a LDPE extrusion coating grade. Exhibits low odor, taint and excellent heat seal characteristics. It is incompatible to strong oxidizing agents. Shows good drawdown and very low neck-in which allows low coating weights and maintains very good adhesion to a variety of substances. Used in liquid packaging and sensitive food packaging laminates. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a). Alkathene® LDH215 is a low density polyethylene. It is formulated with process stabilization, antiblock additive package and contains additives. It is designed for medium gauge (40-80µm) general purpose applications in which a high slip film is required. Shows incompatibility to strong oxidizing agents. Used in carry bags, produce bags and applications such as blending into other film grades. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a). Alkathene® LD6622 is a high flow injection molding grade of low density polyethylene. It is not recommended for high stress crack resistant applications. Shows incompatibility to strong oxidizing agents. Used in production of thin-walled injection moldings. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a). Alkathene® XLC177 is a LDPE extrusion coating grade. Exhibits very good drawdown. The higher density and low MFI provides low moisture vapor transmission rates and excellent hot tack. Shows incompatibility to strong oxidizing agents. Recommended for milkboard coating but is also used for fabric coating and production of cupboard stock. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a). Alkathene® LDN248 is a LDPE extrusion coating grade specially designed for applications requiring very low odor and taint. Exhibits good drawdown which allows low coating weights and maintains very good adhesion to a variety of substances. Shows incompatibility to strong oxidizing agents. Recommended for liquid packaging and sensitive food packaging laminates. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a). Alkathene® XLF197 by Qenos is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) grade with high clarity. It is additive free. It possesses good light and thermal stability. It is designed for thin gauge (less than 20µm). It is suitable for extrusion process with 2.0 to 1 blow-up ratio. Alkathene® XLF197 is recommended for thin food wrap and dry-cleaning films.
