Alkathene® LDN248 is a LDPE extrusion coating grade specially designed for applications requiring very low odor and taint. Exhibits good drawdown which allows low coating weights and maintains very good adhesion to a variety of substances. Shows incompatibility to strong oxidizing agents. Recommended for liquid packaging and sensitive food packaging laminates. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a).
