Alkadyne® HDF193B is a bimodal PE100 high density polyethylene. It is a black, high molecular weight grade. It is suitable for extrusion into a full range of pipes, where service life to 100 years is required. Possesses excellent processing characteristics, outstanding toughness, chemical resistance, slow crack growth resistance and excellent sag resistance. Provide excellent resistance to the effects of ultra-violet light exposure in outdoor applications due to well dispersed carbon black. Used in extrusion of larger bore, very thick wall pipes, in the transport of a wide range of fluids for industrial, rural and mining applications, including potable water. Complies with AS/NZS 4131 2010 for PE100 type compounds and intended to be used in pipes conforming to AS/NZS 4130. Alkadyne® HDF193N is a bimodal high density polyethylene grade. It is non-pigmented, has high molecular weight and contains antioxidants to protect it during extrusion and end use. UV stabilizer should be added where the application involves exposure to sunlight. Used in production of non-standard pipe products and as a base for PE100 type striping and jacket compounds. Alkadyne® HDF145B is a bimodal PE100 high density polyethylene. It is a black, high molecular weight grade. It is suitable for extrusion into a full range of pipes, where service life to 100 years is required. It is developed as a general purpose resin for pipe extrusion applications. Possesses high molecular weight and contains antioxidants for protection during extrusion and end use. UV stabilizer should be added where the application involves exposure to sunlight. Used in production of non-standard pipe products and not designed for use in pressure applications. Alkadyne® MD0898-1 is a MDPE co-polymer. It is black in color and has high molecular weight. It is suitable for general purpose extrusion. Shows abrasion resistance and cut-through resistance. Used as a jacketing compound for buried wires and cables in rocky terrains. Complies with the requirements of AS 1049 - 2003 "Telecommunications cables - Insulation, sheath and jacket." Alkadyne® MD0898 is a PE80 MDPE co-polymer. It is a black, high molecular weight grade. It is suitable for extrusion into a full range of pipes, where service life to 100 years is required. Possesses excellent chemical resistance and slow crack growth resistance. Provides excellent resistance to the effects of ultra-violet light exposure in outdoor applications due to well dispersed carbon black. Used in pressure and non-pressure pipes, and in the transport of a wide range of fluids for industrial, rural and mining applications, including potable water. Complies with AS/NZS 4131 2010 for PE80 Type B pipe compounds and intended to be used in pipes conforming to AS/NZS 4130. Alkadyne® MD0592 is a non-pigmented, MDPE copolymer. It is developed as a general purpose resin for pipe extrusion applications. Possesses high molecular weight and contains antioxidants for protection during extrusion and end use. Alkadyne® HCR193B by Qenos is a black, high molecular weight, bimodal PE100 high density polyethylene. It exhibits high slow crack growth resistance to withstand harsh installation conditions. It provides excellent resistance to the effects of the ultra-violet light exposure due to well dispersed carbon black. It is designed for processing using extrusion. Alkadyne® HCR193B is a high performance resin for use in pressure pipes. It is suitable for use in the transport of wide range of fluids for industrial, rural and mining applications, including portable water. It complies with AS/NZS 4131 for PE100 type compounds and intended to be used in pipes conforming to AS/NZS 4130. Its shelf life is of 100 years.
