Omniamid PA6G MoS2 is an amorphous, grey colored polyamide 6 reinforced with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). Is self-lubricating, has low coefficient of friction, machinable, good tensile stress, compressive strength, higher impact strength. Offers good resistance to weathering & low temperature, exhibits wear resistance better than PA 6 HR, excellent abrasion-, fatigue-, ageing-, alkali-, inorganic compounds, solvents and UV resistance. Is suitable for processing by cast extrusion process. Used in earth moving and construction machines for gears, guides, bearings, brackets, in shipbuilding industry for rollers, towing, guides, bushings and ropeway industry (pulleys, wheels, slides). Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. Omniamid PA6 G WLF is an amorphous, red colored, solid lubricated polyamide 6 cast grade. Is self-lubricating, has low coefficient of friction, good tensile stress, compressive strength and is weatherproof with good resistance at low temperature. Exhibits excellent abrasion, high shock, good wear-, elevated fatigue-, ageing-, alkali-, inorganic compounds and solvents resistance. Used in manufacturing of large diameter gears, rollers, pulleys, wheels, anti-wear guides, bearings, haulage, sliding blocks, guide bearings, sliding bearings, sliding guides for construction machines, excavators & earthmovers, shipbuilding industry and cable-car systems. Complies with UL 94 HB rating. Omniamid PA6 G HR is an amorphous, black colored polyamide 6 reinforced with graphite and a special lubricator. Is machinable, has low coefficient of friction, self lubricating, provides good tensile stress, compressive strength and offers good resistance to weather & low temperature. Exhibits wear resistance better than natural PA 6, excellent abrasion-, high shock-, elevated fatigue-, alkali-, inorganic compounds-, solvents and UV resistance. Is suitable for processing by cast extrusion process. Used in manufacturing of parts for construction machines, excavators and earth movers (gear wheels, guide bearings, bearings, sliding bearings), ship building industry (rollers, haulage, sliding guides, bearings) and ropeway industry (pulleys, wheels, sliding blocks). Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. Omniamid PA6 G by Omnia Plastica is an amorphous, natural colored polyamide 6 cast grade produced by polymerization of the caprolactam directly in the mold. Provides stiffness, brittleness and toughness better than that of extruded PA6.<br>
