Omniamid PA6 G HS by Omnia Plastica is an amorphous, heat stabilized, black or blue colored polyamide 6 grade. Is self-lubricating, has low coefficient of friction, machinable, provides good tensile stress, compressive strength and good resistance to high & low temperature. Exhibits heat resistance better than natural PA 6, excellent abrasion-, high shock-, elevated fatigue-, ageing-, weather-, alkali-, inorganic compounds-, solvents and UV resistance. Suitable for building of parts for construction machines, excavators and earthmovers (gears, anti-wear guides, gear wheels, guide bearings, bearings, sliding bearings), shipbuilding industry (rollers, haulage, sliding guides, bearings) and cable-car systems (pulleys, wheels and sliding blocks). Omniamid PA6 G HS complies with UL 94 V-2 flame rating.
