Omniamid PA6 G Oil by Omnia Plastica is an amorphous, yellow colored polyamide 6 grade reinforced with high percentage of special lubricators. It is machinable, self-lubricating grade with low coefficient of friction.
- Offers good tensile stress, compressive strength, low E-modulus, decreased hygroscopicity and has improved antistatic properties linked to lower moisture absorption.
- Exhibits wear resistance, excellent abrasion-, high shock-, weather-, alkali-, inorganic compounds and solvents resistance.
- It is suitable for processing by cast extrusion process.
- It is used in manufacturing of parts for construction machines, excavators and earth movers (gear wheels, guide bearings, bearings, sliding bearings), ship building industry (rollers, haulage, sliding guides, bearings) and ropeway industry (pulleys, wheels, sliding blocks).
