Royalene® 301T by Lion Elastomers is an ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber containing a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits broad molecular weight distribution, excellent low temperature properties, excellent dry and wet electrical stability. Provides ozone- and heat resistance in blends with butyl & diene polymers. Functions as a non-staining polymeric antiozonant in blends with NR, SBR and other diene polymers. Designed for processing by profile extrusion. Royalene® 301T is used in medium voltage power cables, cover strips, white sidewalls of bias & radial tires and inner tubes. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulation. Royalene® 515 by Lion Elastomers is an ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits medium molecular weight distribution, high unsaturation, ultra-fast curing, and excellent compression set- & weathering resistance. Offers rapid mixing, excellent dispersion properties and low temperature properties. It co-cures well with SBR. Designed for processing by closed cell sheet sponge profile extrusion. Royalene® 515 is used in automotive window channel applications. Royalene® 580HT by Lion Elastomers is a heat resistant ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber. It contains a non-staining stabilizer and blends with butyl rubber easily in all formulations.<br>

Royalene® 525 is used in automotive window channel applications. Royalene® 505 by Lion Elastomers is a general purpose, ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber containing a non-staining stabilizer. Offers narrow molecular weight distribution. Exhibits high unsaturation, ultra-fast cure rate, medium range plasticity, excellent low temperature properties and weather resistance. It mixes quickly in internal mixers with excellent dispersion. It can be processed by extrusion and molding. Royalene® 505 is used in closet cell sheet sponge, automotive closed cell sponge molded weather strip assembly corners, molded open cell sponge, tire components such as coverstrips, white sidewalls and black sidewalls, in blends with diene polymers. Royalene® 645 by Lion Elastomers is a high performance, ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber extended with a white, hydrotreated paraffinic oil. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits medium molecular weight distribution, very high molecular weight, ultra-fast curing, high tensile strength and excellent green strength. It offers resistance to abrasion, tear and wrinkle. It shows soft compression deflection, shape stability, rapid Banbury mixing and excellent dispersion properties. It is designed for processing by profile extrusion. Royalene® 645 is used in automotive closed cell sponge & molded sponge corners and closed cell sheet sponge applications. Royalene® 547 by Lion Elastomers is an ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits medium molecular weight distribution, high unsaturation, ultra-fast curing, excellent compression set- and weathering resistance. Royalene® 512 by Lion Elastomers is a general-purpose, ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits medium molecular weight distribution, good green strength, excellent mixing, weathering and fast cure rate. Designed for processing by profile extrusion, calendering and molding. Royalene® 512 is used in hose applications. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulation. Royalene® 510 by Lion Elastomers is a highly extendable, ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber with high ethylene content. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits narrow molecular weight distribution, excellent green strength over a broad temperature range, excellent dry and wet electrical stability. Designed for processing by profile extrusion.
