Diene™ 45NF by Lion Elastomers is an amorphous medium cis polybutadiene grade. Contains 40% cis content and a non-staining antioxidant stabilizer system. Offers low viscosity, easy processability, good flow and good mixing. Also, offers excellent abrasion resistance, high rebound, low temperature flexibility, good fatigue resistance, good cracking resistance and crack growth. Possible applications of Diene™ 45NF include plastics, tires, mechanical rubber goods and golf balls. Diene™ 645S by Lion Elastomers is an amorphous, high cis polybutadiene grade. Contains 95% cis content and a slightly staining antioxidant stabilizer system. It is recommended for tire treads, sidewalls and many mechanical rubber good applications. Diene™ 140ND by Lion Elastomers is an amorphous, neodymium, high cis polybutadiene grade. Contains a non-staining antioxidant stabilizer system. Offers low mooney viscosity.
