Duradene™ 711 by Lion Elastomers is an amorphous, non-oil extended styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) copolymer grade. Contains 18% bound styrene content and a slightly staining antioxidant stabilizer system. Offers good wear resistance and hysteresis. Also, offers excellent compression set, color, sheen, low temperature properties and good abrasion resistance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Possible applications of Duradene™ 711 include flooring, cover base, conveyor belts and sheet rubber goods. It can also be used in formulas with low black and oil loadings. Duradene™ 756B by Lion Elastomers is a solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) copolymer grade. Contains 33.5% bound styrene content, 30% vinyl and an efficient antioxidant stabilizer system. Offers excellent wet traction and hysteresis. Also offers excellent compression set, color, sheen, low temperature properties and good abrasion resistance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Possible applications of Duradene™ 756B include flooring, cover base, conveyor belts and sheet rubber goods. It also features a naphthenic black oil in place of aromatic oil to meet the requirements of IP346. Duradene™ 763B by Lion Elastomers is an oil-extended polymerized styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) copolymer grade. Contains 40.5% bound styrene content, 38.5% vinyl. Offers high molecular weight and excellent traction. Also, offers excellent compression set, color, sheen, low temperature properties and good abrasion resistance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Possible applications of Duradene™ 763B include flooring, cover base, conveyor belts and sheet rubber goods. It also features a naphthenic based black oil in place of aromatic oil to meet the requirements of IP346. Duradene™ 751B by Lion Elastomers is a solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) copolymer grade. Contains 25% bound styrene content and an efficient antioxidant stabilizer system. Offers low hysteresis, excellent compression set, color, sheen, low temperature properties and good abrasion resistance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. It also features a naphthenic black oil in place of aromatic oil to meet the requirements of IP346. Complies with REACH 1907/2006 (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP)) regulation. Duradene™ 750B by Lion Elastomers is styrene butadiene copolymer. It contains 18% bound styrene and an efficient antioxidant stabilizer system. It has naphthenic-based black oil. It provides good abrasion resistance and low hysteresis. It is recommended for tire compounds and extruded & molded rubber goods. Duradene™ 750B exhibits glass transition temperature up to -70°C that offers good low temperature properties. Duradene™ 738 by Lion Elastomers is a polymerized, tin coupled, styrene butadiene copolymer. It contains 20% bound styrene, 50% vinyl and a non-staining antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™ 738 shows high glass transition temperature. It provides low hysteresis, good tread wear and superior wet traction in black and silica filled compounds. It is recommended for tire compounds and extruded & molded rubber goods. Duradene™ 739 by Lion Elastomers is styrene butadiene copolymer. It contains 20% bound styrene, 60% vinyl and a non-staining antioxidant stabilizer system. It shows high molecular weight and high glass transition temperature. It provides low hysteresis, good tread wear and superior wet traction in black and silica filled compounds. Duradene™ 739 is recommended for tire compounds and extruded & molded rubber goods. Duradene™ 741 by Lion Elastomers is styrene butadiene copolymer. It contains 5% bound styrene, 28% vinyl and a non-staining antioxidant stabilizer system. It shows high glass transition temperature. It provides low hysteresis, good abrasion resistance in black and silica filled compounds. Duradene™ 741 is recommended for tire compounds and extruded & molded rubber goods.
