Royalene® 301T

Royalene® 301T by Lion Elastomers is an ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber containing a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits broad molecular weight distribution, excellent low temperature properties, excellent dry and wet electrical stability. Provides ozone- and heat resistance in blends with butyl & diene polymers. Functions as a non-staining polymeric antiozonant in blends with NR, SBR and other diene polymers. Designed for processing by profile extrusion. Royalene® 301T is used in medium voltage power cables, cover strips, white sidewalls of bias & radial tires and inner tubes. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulation.

SBR 1006

SBR 1006 by Lion Elastomers is a general purpose, non-crosslinked, hot polymerized styrene butadiene elastomer (SBR) grade. It contains fatty acid as an emulsifier, antioxidant, acid coagulant and non-staining stabilizer. It accepts higher filler loadings. Exhibits light color, non-discoloration and broad molecular weight making dissolving easier. SBR 1006 is used in mechanical rubber goods, floor tile, household goods, matting, cove base and brake friction products.

Trilene® CP-600

Trilene® CP-600 by Lion Elastomers is a low viscosity copolymer, ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) liquid rubber with a stable, saturated hydrocarbon backbone. Exhibits thermal and oxidation stability under normal conditions. Provides low molecular weight, good shear stability and low temperature characteristics. Trilene® CP-600 is used as viscosity modifier for gear oil in automotive & industrial industry, bearing lubricants/ circulating oils, compressor oils and greases.
