Royalene® 645 by Lion Elastomers is a high performance, ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber extended with a white, hydrotreated paraffinic oil. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits medium molecular weight distribution, very high molecular weight, ultra-fast curing, high tensile strength and excellent green strength. It offers resistance to abrasion, tear and wrinkle. It shows soft compression deflection, shape stability, rapid Banbury mixing and excellent dispersion properties. It is designed for processing by profile extrusion. Royalene® 645 is used in automotive closed cell sponge & molded sponge corners and closed cell sheet sponge applications.
