KPLAST™ 8026 by Kane International is a hard, aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade with high molecular weight. Is a NPAC soluble grade, offering very good resistance to chemicals, oils, fats and water. Exhibits modification with an aliphatic isocyanate to achieve ethanol solubility. Imparts very good adhesion to polyolefin films, good gloss and compatibility with nitrocellulose, polyvinyl butyral (PVB), ketone and maleic resins. KPLAST™ 8026 can be used alone and in conjunction with other softer TPU’s and monomeric plasticizers. Designed to act as an adhesion promoter, mainly in nitrocellulose based gravure inks for flexible packaging. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 8381 by Kane International is a moderately tough, aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Is an ETOH, NPAC and IPA soluble grade, offering very good resistance to chemical, oils, fats and water. Exhibits very good adhesion to polyolefin films, good gloss and compatibility with nitrocellulose, polyvinyl butyral (PVB), ketone and maleic resins. KPLAST™ 8381 can be used alone and in conjunction with other softer TPU’s and monomeric plasticizers. Designed to act as an adhesion promoter, mainly in nitrocellulose based gravure inks for flexible packaging. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 8149 by Kane International is a pure aliphatic, tough thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade, based on a soybean polyol. Is titanate crosslinkable, alcohol- and acetate soluble, very good resistance to oils, fats and water. Exhibits very good adhesion to polyolefin films, good gloss and compatibility with nitrocellulose, polyvinyl butyral (PVB), ketone and maleic resins. KPLAST™ 8149 acts as an adhesion promoter, mainly in nitrocellulose based gravure inks for flexible packaging. Can be used in conjunction with monimeric plasticizers and other softer TPU’s. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 1055 by Kane International is a soft, aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Is an ETAC soluble grade, imparting excellent adhesion to numerous flexible films and offering good heat release with resistance to blocking, deep-freeze, oils, fats, water, grease and moisture. Shows increased gravure performance. Designed for production of solvent based flexo and gravure flexible packaging inks and coatings together with nitrocellulose. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 8143 by Kane International is a tough, aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Is an alcohol (ETOH) dilutable and acetate (ETAC) soluble grade, offering very good resistance to chemicals, oils, fats and water. Exhibits very good adhesion to polyolefin films, good gloss and compatibility with nitrocellulose, polyvinyl butyral (PVB), ketone and maleic resins. KPLAST™ 8143 can be used alone and in conjunction with other softer TPU’s and monomeric plasticizers. Designed to act as an adhesion promoter, mainly in nitrocellulose based gravure inks for flexible packaging. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 1022 by Kane International is a soft, aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Imparts excellent adhesion to numerous flexible films and good heat release with resistance to blocking, deep-freeze, chemicals, oils, fats and water. Is an ETAC and IPA soluble grade, offering low viscosity. KPLAST™ 1022 is used together with nitrocellulose for the production of solvent based flexo and gravure packaging inks and coatings. Recommended for semi-film forming nitrocellulose plasticizer and adhesion promoter for lamination applications. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 8147 by Kane International is a soft thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade, based on a soybean polyol. Is a nitrocellulose compatible, alcohol and acetate soluble grade. Exhibits low viscosity, excellent adhesion, good heat release with resistance to blocking, deep-freeze, oils, fats and water. KPLAST™ 8147 is recommended for production of solvent based flexo and gravure flexible packaging inks and coatings. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 1039 by Kane International is a moderately tough, aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade with high molecular weight and glass transition temperature (Tg). Is an ETAC and IPA soluble grade, offering very good resistance to chemicals, oils, fats and water. Imparts very good adhesion to polyolefin films, good gloss and compatibility with nitrocellulose, polyvinyl butyral (PVB), ketone and maleic resins. KPLAST™ 1039 acts as an adhesion promoter, mainly in nitrocellulose based gravure inks for flexible packaging. Can also be used in conjunction with softer TPU’s. Recommended for production of superior moisture resistant semi-film forming plasticizer. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 1035 by Kane International is a soft, aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Is a flexo friendly, alcohol (ETOH) soluble grade, offering best solvent release. Exhibits low solvent retention, good plasticizing properties and excellent resistance to water, heat seal, grease and moisture. Designed for production of solvent based flexo and gravure flexible packaging inks and coatings together with nitrocellulose. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105. KPLAST™ 1044 by Kane International is a soft, aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Is an ETAC soluble grade, offering excellent flexibility, adhesion, resistance to crinkle, grease and moisture. Designed for production of solvent based flexo and gravure flexible packaging inks and coatings together with nitrocellulose. Complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105.
