Nylacast Nylube by Nylacast is a self-lubricating nylon 6 grade. Exhibits high dimensional stability, reduced water absorption, high load impact, high speed and temperature operating range, wear-, chemical- and abrasion resistance. Offers improved PV charcteristics, low coefficient of friction, excellent physical, stick and slip properties. Designed for processing by cast extrusion. Used in construction, aerospace, transport, ship building, bottling, canning, pharmaceuticals, steel mills, quarrying, mining, cranes, agrciulture, recycling, waste management, food and food packaging. Typical applications include wear pads, stabilizers, stoppers, pulleys, L-shape wear pads, sheaves, rollers, sliders, stoppers, bushes, slide pads, bearings, gears winches and bespoke components. Nylacast Nylube by Nylacast complies with EC 1907/2006 (REACH), EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 2003/11/EC, UL 94 flame ratings and FDA regulations for direct food contact applications.
