LEXAN™ Copolymer SLX2571T (Asia) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, transparent, non-reinforced, flame retarded, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer blend. It offers weatherability and enhanced UV stabilization. It is a high viscosity and V2 rated grade. It can be processed by extrusion blow molding. LEXAN™ Copolymer SLX2571T (Asia) is recommended for electrical and electronics, recreational vehicle and consumer applications such as lighting.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1112T (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unreinforced polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer with high impact resistance. It exhibits high flow and mold release combined with shorter IM cycle times as compared to standard PC. It is a general purpose and heat-stabilized grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It offers good low temperature ductility (-20°C) with excellent processability. It is available in wide range of transparent and opaque colors. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1112T (Europe) is used in electrical devices & displays, home appliances, electrical components & infrastructure, consumer, electrical and electronics.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer blend. It provides high heat resistance, mold release and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. It enables high aesthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is used in consumer goods like lighting, appliances such as home and commercial, mass transportation like recreational and specialty vehicles. It is suitable for defense, outdoor, lawn and landscape applications, automotive interiors, exteriors and under the hood. It is suggested for water management, personal accessory, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, building and construction. It is also used in aerospace, industrial material handling, healthcare such as surgical, patient testing, medical facility infrastructure, fluid and blood handling. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) is recommended for ophthalmics, electronics, electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1141 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer. It exhibits high heat resistance, mold release and high flow. It has a glass transition temperature, Tg of 155°C. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is recommended for electronics, electrical devices and displays, consumer goods like lighting and automotive lighting. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1141 (Americas) is suitable for mass transportation such as specialty and recreational vehicles.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1414 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, impact resistant, polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow grade that can be processed by injection molding (IM). It offers extreme low temperature (-40 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1414 (Europe) is available in wide range of opaque colors. It is recommended for automotive interiors, under the hood, exteriors and recreational/specialty vehicles. It is suitable for building components, construction & water management and consumer applications like sports/leisures, personal accessory, home- & commercial appliances and personal recreation. It is designed for use in electrical industry, defense and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. It is used in surgical devices, general healthcare & patient testing.

CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) by SABIC is a non-chlorinated & brominated, flame-retardant polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and is used for thin wall applications. It exhibits medium flow, hydrolytic stability, good mold release and chemical resistance. CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) is used in electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, rail, sleep therapy, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, electrical components, patient testing, fluid, blood handling, mass transportation, healthcare, electronics and consumer applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, 5VA and 5VB flame rating.

ULTEM™ resin 1000 by SABIC is amorphous, transparent, flame-retarded polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It is metallizable and transparent to microwave radiation & near IR. Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, shrinkage, good metal adhesion, low smoke and toxicity. Offers radiation resistance (gamma, x-ray), chemical-, UV-C resistance, high electric breakdown strength (BDS) and high heat resistance. Exhibits excellent mechanicals in broad temperature range, good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties. ULTEM™ resin 1000 is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, injection compression molding, compression molding, foam-, film- & profile extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding and extrusion compounding. Used in rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail, wind energy, sport/leisure, consumer packaging. It is also recommended for personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic, electrical components, industrial, automotive under the hood, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with RoHS, UL94 V-0, V-2 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853. The natural, uncolored, material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors- transparent and opaque.

ULTEM™ resin CRS5211R (Americas) by SABIC is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) copolymer filled with 20% glass fiber. Provides high flow, good internal mold release and enhanced chemical resistance to strong acids, bases, aromatics, & ketones. Exhibits low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength, high heat resistance and good dimensional stability. It offers low smoke & toxicity, good mechanicals in broad temperature range and low creep sensitivity. It shows high stiffness and hydrolytic stability. Suitable for processing by injection molding. ULTEM™ resin CRS5211R (Americas) is used in aircraft interiors, defense, fossil, mass transportation (heavy truck, rail, bus), automotive interiors & under the hood, industrial, hydrocarbon and energy. Complies with UL 94 V-0 & UL 94 5VA flame rating and conforms to ECO regulations.
