ForTii® Ace MX52 by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, 30% glass-reinforced, PPA (PA4T) for automotive applications. It is a PPA with unique fatigue performance and chemical resistance. The moisture uptake occurs slowly with a very limited impact on dimensions. The high aromatic content and high Tg lead to excellent part stiffness and low creep. ForTii® Ace MX52 is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in carburetor adapter heat shield insulation walls, fan & shrouds, cylinder head covers, instrument panels, sunroof frame and structural parts with ForTii® Ace.
