Nylacast Nylube by Nylacast is a self-lubricating nylon 6 grade. Exhibits high dimensional stability, reduced water absorption, high load impact, high speed and temperature operating range, wear-, chemical- and abrasion resistance. Offers improved PV charcteristics, low coefficient of friction, excellent physical, stick and slip properties. Designed for processing by cast extrusion. Used in construction, aerospace, transport, ship building, bottling, canning, pharmaceuticals, steel mills, quarrying, mining, cranes, agrciulture, recycling, waste management, food and food packaging. Nylacast PA6 C

Nylacast PA6 C by Nylacast is a cast nylon 6 grade. Exhibits good PV, load bearing capabilities, high tensile-, flexural-, compressive- and impact strength. Offers good mechanical-, creep-, heat-aging-, thermal, chemical-, wear- and abrasion resistance. Shows good dimensional stability, low water absorption and high molecular weight. Designed for processing by extrusion. Used in aerospace, railways, transport, ship building, pharmaceuticals, bottling, canning, steel mills, cranes, quarrying, mining, conveyors, shoe manufacturing, food and food packaging. Typical applications include rollers, switch collars, washers, bearings, load support, bushes, centralizers, cable drums, guide clutch, seals, clockers, wear pads, chain guide, clamps and bespoke components. Nylacast H.S. Blue

Nylacast H.S. Blue by Nylacast is a polyamide 6 grade, additivated with high temperature resistant colorants, heat and UV stabilizers. Exhibits better performance at high temperature, improved mechanical properties, good dimensional stability. Offers good PV, load bearing capabilities, abrasion-, wear- and chemical resistance. It reduces stress distortion caused by machining and retains physical properties at high temperatures. Designed for processing by cast extrusion. Used in transport, ship building, pharmaceuticals, steel mills, cranes, quarrying, mining, conveyors, offshore, power plants, food and food packaging.
