EP21TDCSMed by Master Bond is a two component, silver filled, electrically conductive epoxy (EP) for bonding, sealing and coating. It offers convenient handling, high thermal conductivity, the ability to withstand thermal cycling and good strength properties.

• It is formulated to cure at room temperature or elevated temperatures with the optimum cure being overnight at room temperature followed by 2-3 hours at 150-200°F.
• It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics and many plastics.
• It has reasonably good strength in both shear and peel modes.
• It is specially formulated to be more forgiving than most epoxies and is capable of withstanding vigorous thermal cycling.

• It offers easy application, fast curing and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals, ceramics and most plastics.
• It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents.

• It offers resistance to chemicals including water, acids, bases, EtO radiation & many cold sterilants.

MasterSil 151Med by Master Bond is a two component, low viscosity, biocompatible silicone compound for high performance potting and encapsulation. It is an addition cured system and does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking. It has a convenient ten to one mix ratio by weight, contains no solvents and will not outgas while curing.

• It offers flexibility, high temperature & water resistance and superb electrical insulation properties.
• It readily cures at ambient temperatures or faster cure at elevated temperatures and can cure in thicknesses beyond 1 inch.
• It exhibits very low shrinkage upon cure, low exotherm, very long pot life, excellent optical clarity and transmission properties.

EP30DPBFMed by Master Bond is a toughened two component epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation. Its rigidity is modified by adding urethane based flexibilizer which confers a lower shore D hardness to the cross linked entity. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents.

• It offers electrical insulation, abrasion resistance, high elongation, long working life and low exotherm.
• It is cryogenically serviceable and can withstand rigorous thermal cycling, shock & mechanically induced vibrations.
• It bonds well with a wide variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, many rubber and plastic materials.
• It cures readily at ambient temperatures or more rapidly at elevated temperatures.
• It is used primarily in conjunction with disposable or reusable medical devices and does very well with gamma, EtO & many liquid sterilization compounds.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months when stored at 4-10°C in refrigerator.
• EP30DPBFMed is RoHS complaint and meets USP Class VI requirements.

UV17Med by Master Bond is a low viscosity, UV curable system for high performance bonding, sealing and coating featuring superb adhesion to thermoplastic urethanes (TPUs). It exhibits low tensile modulus, outstanding toughness, flexibility, thin & high flowability, high elongation, low shrinkage upon curing and good dimensional stability.

• It bonds well to a variety of other substrates, including metals, ceramics, glass, and other plastics.
• It offers thermal & electrical insulation and good chemical resistance to water, cleaning agents, chemical sterilants, EtO-, gamma radiation.
• It does not display oxygen inhibition and its physical properties allow it to withstand aggressive thermal cycling.

EP42HT-2Med is a two-component epoxy (EP) system by Master Bond. It contains no solvents or diluents and bonds well with metals, composite, glass rubbers and plastics. It has medium viscosity and cures rapidly. Offers good light transmission characteristics, good processability, electrical and thermal insulation. Exhibits low shrinkage and good flow. It resists many chemicals, such as acids, bases and solvents. Provides good resistance to ethylene oxide, radiation, chemical sterilization and autoclaving. Suitable for medical applications. The shelf life of EP42HT-2Med is 6 months. Meets RoHS, USP Class VI and ISO 10993-5 regulation for Cytotoxicity.

EP21BAS by Master Bond is a two component, radiopaque epoxy system with more than 50% by weight of high purity ceramic, non-toxic filler. It is suitable for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation applications. It offers electrical insulation, dimensional stability, outstanding performance, good bonding strength and superior processability.

• It provides high strength, durable bonds and resistance to many chemicals including water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and salts.
• It is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to +250°F and adheres well to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, rubber, plastics.
• It is easy to handle and cures readily at ambient temperatures and more quickly at elevated temperatures.
• It offers superior durability and thermal shock resistance.

EP41S-5Med by Master Bond is a two component epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing and coating applications. It offers high glass transition temperature, low shrinkage upon curing and has no solvents or diluents.

• It is easy to use and provides stellar resistance to a wide host of sterilants, including those derived from hydrogen peroxide.
• It exhibits very good physical strength properties, electrical insulation and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers & plastics.
• It resists repeated autoclaving and allows convenient packaging, available in a gun dispenser.

EP30-4Med by Master Bond is optically clear, low viscosity, two component epoxy system for high performance bonding, coating, sealing and casting. It is used primarily in medical device manufacturing. It is easy to use mix ratio, two to one by weight and contains no solvents or diluents.

• It has very low shrinkage upon curing and bonds well with metals, composites, ceramics, glass, rubbers & plastics.
• It offers superb electrical insulation properties, fast curing even in thin sections and good chemical resistance to water, most liquid sterilant & EtO sterilization.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months at 75°F in original, unopened containers.
