Akulon® F136-C by Envalior is a lubricated, very high viscosity, food contact polyamide 6 grade. Offers good chemical resistance and is suitable for processing by blown and cast film extrusion. It is used in agricultural films and consumer goods. Akulon® F136-C is recommended for food packaging applications for cheese, fish, meat and medical.

ULTEM™ resin 1000E by SABIC is an unreinforced, amorphous, halogen-free flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) resin. It is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, extrusion blow molding, film-, foam- & profile extrusion, compression molding, compounding and injection molding. Offers internal mold release, high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, low smoke & toxicity and good mechanicals in broad temperature range. Exhibits low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength and good dimensional stability. Shows good electrical properties, good processability, good chemical and high heat resistance. ULTEM™ resin 1000E is used in rigid & consumer packaging, aircraft & automotive interiors, defence, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, beverage, ophthalmic, rail, wind energy, sport & leisure, personal accessory and textile. Recommended for lighting, energy storage, home & commercial appliances, servomotor, bus, electrical components & infrastructure, personal recreation, industrial material handling and composite applictions. It is UL 94 V-0 and 5VA flame rated and RoHS compliant.
ISCC+ certified bio-based version also available for this grade.

Texin® 976D by Covestro is a natural, aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability and microbial resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.

• It offers outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness and flexibility.
• It is recommended for industrial screens, casters, bushings, housings, agricultural equipment, and marine equipment.
• Texin® 976D is listed under NSF standard 61 for use in potable water applications.

Texin® 970DU by Covestro is aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It exhibits excellent tensile and tear properties, high stiffness characteristics, good resistance to fuels & oils and inherent resistance to hydrolysis. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding.

• It is stabilized against degradation due to heat and UV exposure.
• Texin® 970DU is used in industrial screens and casters, bushings, housings, agricultural equipment components and marine equipment.

Sarlink® TPV R2 3180B by Teknor Apex is a high-durometer, resilient and multi-purpose thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) that contains 25% post-industrial recycled content. It helps to promote a circular economy while decreasing reliance on virgin fossil-based resources. It offers good adhesion, flexibility, moldability, processability, surface finish and weather resistance.

• Exhibits chemical resistance, heat aging resistance and medium hardness.
• It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion, overmolding, blow molding and co-extrusion with polypropylene or other thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs).
• It is used in automotive applications including exterior parts, interior parts and other under hood components.
• Sarlink® TPV R2 3180B is also recommended for agricultural applications, appliance components, seals, weatherstripping and industrial applications.

KOCETAL® GF304 by Kolon ENP is a black colored, medium viscosity polyacetal polyoxymethylene grade reinforced with 20% glass fiber. Provides heat-, friction-, fatigue-, creep-, wear-, abrasion- and weather resistance. Exhibits high mechanical strength & durability and good dimensional stability. Possesses good toughness, high stiffness, rigidity and crystallinity. Is resistant to chemicals such as window washing agent, antifreeze, gasoline and diesel oil. Shows less change in mechanical properties than nylon and PBT over (50-80)°C temperature. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive, electrical/electronics, agriculture and buildings & constructions industries.
