Borchers® Deca Manganese 8 (oil) by Borchers (Milliken) is a manganese drier and used in solvent-based systems.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is formulated from metal salts of neodecanoic acids and promotes both surface- and through-drying.</li> <li>It can be significantly reduced under conditions of high atmospheric humidity, which may inhibit the drying action of manganese.</li> <li>Borchers® Deca Manganese 8 (oil) is commonly employed in the production of printing inks.</li> <li>The percentage addition of manganese, calculated on the metal content per resin (solid) is 0.01-0.05% Mn.</li></ul>

Borchers® LH 10

Borchers® LH 10 by Borchers (Milliken) is a catalyst (DBTL). It is specifically designed for water-based two-component polyurethane coatings. It accelerates cross-linking process and improves the drying of chemically curing systems. Borchers® LH 10 enhances scratch resistance, hardness and mechanical persistence. It is used in high gloss coatings. The recommended amount should be around 0.4-0.6 % regarding solid content of the binder.

Borchers® Deca Copper 8

Borchers® Deca Copper 8 by Borchers (Milliken) is a catalyst, moderator, inhibitor or retarding agent in unsaturated polyester systems. It is a copper neodecanoate dissolved in white spirit.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It suppresses excessive warming when used with cobalt accelerators, thus preventing discolorations, surface imperfections and damage to the substrate.</li><li> Borchers® Deca Copper 8 provides longer processing time and lowers the exothermic peak.</li> <li>This additive can extend pot life and used in casting resins, surfacers and coatings. </li><li>The recommended dosage level is between 0.001 and 0.010%, calculated on total formulation.</li></ul>
