Borchi® OXY-Coat by Borchers (Milliken) is a high concentration, low-VOC, cobalt-free drier and metal-based catalyst. It improves drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers in water- and solvent-based systems. It is suitable for high solids, composites and can be applied in multiple coats. It is based on a unique, patented and highly active iron complex.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers improved adhesion in direct to metal applications.</li>
<li>It extends the coatings season window by providing consistent curing performance in all weather conditions (hot or cold, dry or humid) for short, medium and long oil alkyd systems.</li>
<li>It provides improved stain- and chemical resistance and lower gardner color numbers and can prevent wrinkles at higher film builds.</li>
<li>It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.</li>
<li>It is recommended for all solvent-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.</li>
<li>Applications include wood flooring, architectural-, protective and marine coating.</li>
<li>It is APEO-free, REACH and Proposition 65 compliant.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of Borchi® OXY-Coat is 0.5-3%.</li></ul> Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- and cobalt-free curing agent and metal-based catalyst ideal for water-based alkyd coatings. It can improve drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active iron complex. It is suitable for all coatings with binders that dry by oxidation.<br>

<li>It offers improved adhesion in direct-to-metal applications.</li>
<li>It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.</li>

<li>Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 is APEO-free and complies with Proposition 65, REACH, environmental labels "Blue Angel" (RAL-UZ 12a) and "EU Ecolabel"(Regulation (EC) No. 66/2010, Commission Decision 2014/312/EU).</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.25-2%.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol OL 17 LC by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- and solvent-free flow and leveling agent for solvent- and water-based coatings. It is a 100% active polyether-modified polysiloxane.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It improves surface smoothness by reducing orange peel and prevents the formation of craters.</li>
<li>It offers good compatibility with a wide variety of binders.</li>
<li>It is suitable for two-component systems based on Desmodur®/ Desmophen® resins.</li>
<li>Borchi® Gol OL 17 LC is recommended at a dosage level of 0.05-0.50%.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol 0011 by Borchers (Milliken) is a 100% active, modified polysiloxane flow and air release agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings systems. It can reduce pigment floating and provides barrier properties to the cured film.<br>

It is a solvent-free, polyether-modified polysiloxane additive. It is suitable for solvent-free, solvent- and water-based coating systems.<br>

<li>It can quickly remove air bubbles from applied coated surfaces and avoids micro-foam formation at all production stages.</li>
<li>It can increase surface slip and promotes higher gloss and less haze in cured finishes.</li>
<li>It is designed for use in general industrial-, decorative-, automotive OEM- and automotive refinish.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage of Borchi® Gol LA 200 is 0.05-0.30% of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder type and which property is being addressed.</li></ul> Borchi® Dragon by Borchers (Milliken) is a high-performance, cobalt-free, metal-ligand catalyst for solvent-based and high solids alkyd resins. It exhibits faster drying times particularly in long oil alkyds and faster drying in adverse ambient conditions down to 4.4°C. It provides a wrinkle-free appearance when utilized with thick film applications.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers non-yellowing, brighter whites, improved color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers.
<li>It also provides complexity reduction and excellent film hardness in high solids systems, stain- & chemical resistance and low gardner color numbers.</li>

<li>The recommended dosage level of Borchi® Dragon is 0.5-3%.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol E2 by Borchers (Milliken) is a silicone-free, flow promoter and air release agent. It helps to eliminate flow defects and craters caused by air entrapment in thick film.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is recommended for solvent-based and solvent-free paint systems.</li>
<li>The efficacy is dependent upon binder type, mixing conditions and application method used.</li>
<li>It is designed for use in single and multi-component paints.</li>
<li>The dosage level of Borchi® Gol E2 is 0.5-2.0% of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder system and which property is being addressed.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol 1570 by Borchers (Milliken) is a 100% active, VOC-free, modified polydimethylsiloxane for improved flow and leveling properties in coating systems. It provides improved substrate wetting and slip properties when used in combination with Borchi® Gol LA 2 or Borchi® Gol LA 232.<br>

<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Designed for solvent-based systems and coating systems based on alkyd binders and unsaturated polyester paints containing paraffin.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of Borchi® Gol 1670 is 0.01-0.05% by weight on the total formulation, depending upon the binder system.</li></ul>
