Bluesil™ BP 9710 by Bluestar Silicones is water-based alkylpolysiloxane oligomer emulsion designed to protect surfaces against moisture. Acts as a water repellent. <br>

<li>It is free of any organic solvent, and it does not contain ecotoxic surfactant. </li>
<li>Bluesil™ BP 9710 repels water and allows walls to breathe. </li>
<li>Provides long-lasting limitation of the penetration of rainwater and runoff water in the walls and facades without blocking their breathability (water vapor exchanges). </li>
<li>Also provides very good vapor permeability. </li>
<li>It can be used on many porous mineral materials. </li></ul> BLUESIL™ FLD 550 by Elkem Silicones is a clear, low viscosity silicone fluid. Acts as a lubricant. It has low volatility and high flash point (300 °C). Offers good resistance to oxidation and gumming (or gelling), reduced variation of viscosity with temperature and good heat transfer characteristics. BLUESIL™ TCS 7534 A/B is a two-component heat curing silicone elastomer dispersion (100 parts BLUESIL™ TCS 7534 A & 10 parts BLUESIL™ TCS Catalyst). It cures by a polyaddition reaction using solvent-less technology. Exhibits high bond strength without primer, fast cure at elevated temperature, low viscosity, low thermal conductivity (high insulation properties) and long bath life at room temperature (more than 16 hours). Provides high tear strength and high comb stripping resistance. Is easily pumpable to sustain high coating speed and allows low coat weight. Suitable for textile coating applications, such as coating of airbag fabrics and technical fabrics for insulation, safety & protection. BLUESIL™ TCS 7534 A/B has a pot life of 16 hours. BLUESIL™ PI 2074 by Elkem Silicones is a (tolylcumyl) iodonium tetrakis (pentafluorophenyl) borate. Acts as a cationic photoinitiator. It is compatible with epoxy resins, vinyl ethers or any other type of oligomer which polymerizes cationically. It is also suitable to the formulation of hybrid radical/ cationic systems. Recommended dosage level is <1%, combined with a photosensitizer, isopropyl thioxanthone type, for the formulation of inks, pigmented coatings or varnishes applied in thicknesses of greater than 10 microns. BLUESIL™ PI 2074 is used in fiber optics coatings. BLUESIL™ TCS 7513 A/B is a two-component heat curing silicone elastomer dispersion (100 parts BLUESIL™ TCS 7513 A & 10 parts BLUESIL™ TCS 7513 B). Exhibits solventless technology, very low viscosity and high levels of penetration and encapsulation of the fibers. Provides curing by polyaddition reaction, high bond strength without primer and low add-on weights. Is easily pumpable and allows addition of fillers. It has a long bath life at room temperature >16h. BLUESIL™ TCS 7513 A/B can be processed through knife coating, transfer coating, dip-coating. Suitable for textile coating applications, ink matrices and impregnation on various substrates such as polyamide, polyester & glass fiber. BLUESIL™ TCS 7612 Base by Elkem Silicones is a part of a two-component polyaddition heat-cured, low viscosity screen printable silicone elastomer. It is well suited for blending with BLUESIL™ TCS 7664 Base as a viscosity modifier. It is easily customized with pigments and other fillers to provide a soft hand, thixotropy and high elongation properties. It shows low cure temperatures to prevent dye migration, fast cure at elevated temperatures, and long work time at room temperature. It exhibits heat resistance, excellent elasticity for printing on high stretch substrates, high bond strength without primer on textiles from different origins and durable finish-washable. It is an environmentally friendly (PVC-free) grade and uses solventless technology. BLUESIL™ TCS 7612 Base is specially engineered for textiles coating applications. It has a shelf life of 12 months. BLUESIL™ BP 9705 by Elkem Silicones is a non-ionic, APEO free, alkylpolysiloxane aqueous emulsion. Acts as a water repellent additive. Improves the processability and the antiblocking characteristics. Moreover its economic advantage due to its very low dosage efficiency, BLUESIL™ BP 9705 improves the dirt pick up resistance of coatings. It is added at very low amount, brings water resistance and water vapor permeability. Used in interior and exterior paints, silicate paints, plasters etc. Addition levels from 0.1 to 3% of BLUESIL™ BP 9705 compared to the total formulation are typically used (addition at the end of the formulation). BLUESIL™ RES 6482X is a hydroxylated methylphenyl silicone resin in xylene solution. Offers good heat and weathering resistance and high compatibility with organic resins. It is also more compatible than other silicones with ureaformaldehyde, melamine-formaldehyde, epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic resins. It is designed to formulate glossy, heat-resistant silico-organic coatings for industrial applications with improved weatherability. It is mainly used for the manufacture of hard, air-drying, and temperature-resistant silicone polyester - alkyd paints. Another use is as an additive for epoxy paints. BLUESIL™ RES 6482X can be directly blended with alkyd resins (short or medium, oil-based) for the manufacture of industrial paints. BLUESIL™ TCS 7550 A/B is a two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer dispersion (50 parts BLUESIL™ TCS 7550 A & 50 parts catalysts - BLUESIL™ 7550 B). It cures by a polyaddition reaction using solvent-less technology. Exhibits high bond strength without primer on coated and uncoated fabrics, fast cure at elevated temperature, low thermal conductivity (high insulation properties) and long bath life at room temperature (more than 16 hours). Provides high tear strength and edge comb resistance. Suitable for industrial and high performance textile coatings. BLUESIL™ TCS 7550 A/B has a pot life of minimum 16 hours. BLUESIL™ RES 6405X by Elkem Silicones is a 50 % solids methylphenylsilicone resin in xylene solution especially developed to resist continuous service temperatures upto 600°C. Provides dry tack free at room temperature and good flexibility. This resin is thus ideal for the formulation of heat resistant coatings for industrial applications with improved weatherability.
