Silcolease® Emulsion 908 by Elkem Silicones is silicone emulsion. It cures fastly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic compound. Enables offline/inline converting, high catalyzed bath stability, good water repelancy and good anchorage. Suitable for use in manufacturing elastomeric release coatings for paper machines and can be used with various other substrates. Silcolease® Emulsion 908 is used in association with the catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion catalyst 903 and the catalysts Silcolease® Catalyst 909 and, if necessary a release control additive, Silcolease® Emulsion RCA 954 and Silcolease® Emulsion Crosslinker 966. Silcolease® Poly 366 by Elkem Silicones is a solventless thermal silicone polymer. Exhibits a wide range of premium flat release over a broad range of peeling speeds with addition of release modifiers, excellent bath stability and low coefficient of friction. Offers good curing at high coating line speeds on thermally sensitive substrates. Provides anchorage to most substrates and good performance on heavy CCK. Silcolease® Poly 366 is used in release coating of papers, films and various substrates for self-adhesive labels (particularly for graphic arts and high speed dispensing), protectors (envelopes, personal care) and tapes. Silcolease® Emulsion XL 968 by Elkem Silicones is silicone emulsion. Acts as a crosslinker for polyaddition and polycondensation emulsions in the Silcolease® range. Exhibits higher cured coating density, increased cure rate of system and provides improved water resistance. Silcolease® Emulsion XL 968 is suitable for use in release coating on paper machines, food packaging & baking. Silcolease® Emulsion 70840 by Elkem Silicones is silicone emulsion. It cures fastly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organic tin compound. Exhibits little foaming on processing, high catalyzed bath stability, good compatibility with the usual film-forming thickening agents and on-reel post curing. It is relatively insensitive to organic inhibitors. Suitable for use in manufacturing elastomeric release coatings on various substrates except papers used for food contact. Recommended for coatings on paper machines. Silcolease® Emulsion 70840 is used in association with the catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion catalyst 70827 A and, if necessary a release control additive, Silcolease® Emulsion Crosslinker 71806. Silcolease® Emulsion 912 by Elkem Silicones is silicone emulsion. It cures fastly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic compound. Silcolease® Emulsion 925 by Elkem Silicones is silicone emulsion. It cures fastly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic compound. Exhibits excellent bakery release and water repellence properties, high catalyzed bath stability, good water repellency and potential to be used low levels of catalyst. Suitable for use in manufacturing elastomeric release coatings for paper machines and various other substrates. Silcolease® Emulsion 925 is used in association with the catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion catalyst 903 and, if necessary a release control additive, Silcolease® Emulsion RCA 954 and Silcolease® Emulsion Crosslinker 966. Silcolease® Emulsion 907 by Elkem Silicones is an optima silicone emulsion. It cures as a base polymer by polyaddition reaction in a 3-part formulation with crosslinker Silcolease® Emulsion XL 969 and organometallic catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion Cata 903. Exhibits potential to be used with low catalyst levels (OPTIMA XL) and different crosslinkers, theerby offering good anchorage. Shows greater formulation flexibility, has a longer shelf life than the 2 component system and no hydrogen evolution risk as crosslinker component is supplied separately. Suitable for use in manufacturing elastomeric release coatings for paper machines and on various other substrates. It may be used to coat substrates that meet “food contact application” requirements. Silcolease® PSA 401 by Elkem Silicones is a solution of polydimethyl siloxane gum and resin diluted in toluene. It is a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA). Exhibits excellent cohesive strength at room and high temperature, good resistance to humidity and natural ageing and high viscosity. Offers improved loop tack adhesion with good peel adhesion and increased productivity (quick drying). Silcolease® PSA 401 is used in coating on films, fabrics and woven surfaces for the production of high performance pressure sensitive tapes. Silcolease® 429 by Elkem Silicones is silicone polymer diluted in an aromatic solvent. It cures by a polycondensation reaction with an organometallic compound and a crosslinker. Enables coating on particular supports inhibiting the polyaddition reaction (PVC). Shows good anchorage on papers, plastic films and various substrates, except papers used for food contact. Suitable for use in manufacturing elastomeric release coatings. Silcolease® 429 is used in association with the crosslinker Silcolease® Crosslinker 92A and the catalysts Silcolease® Catalyst 62A and Silcolease® Catalyst 62B and, if necessary a release control additive, for example Silcolease® RCA 3. Silcolease® Emulsion XL 969 by Elkem Silicones is silicone emulsion. Acts as a crosslinker for polyaddition and polycondensation emulsions in the Silcolease® range. Exhibits higher cured coating density, increased cure rate of system and provides improved water resistance. Silcolease® Emulsion XL 969 is suitable for use in release coating on paper machines, food packaging & baking.
