It has excellent non-slip, good elongation and softness properties. It shows resistance to dyes & detergents and equalized viscosity between two parts. SILBIONE™ TCS 7772 A/B is specially engineered for textile coating applications. SILBIONE™ TCS 7541 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer that cures by a polyaddition reaction. SILBIONE™ TCS 7541 A is associated with catalyst SILBIONE™ TCS 7604 C. It is specially engineered for textile coating and conveyor belts applications. It shows easy pumpable and processing properties. It allows the addition of fillers and pigments. It exhibits thermal resistance, good adhesion on various substrates without primer and high mechanical properties. SILBIONE™ TCS 7541 A/B ?complies with food contact. It has a shelf life of 12 months. SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer that cures by a polyaddition reaction. SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A is associated with the catalyst SILBIONE™ TCS 7602 C. It is a non-staining and easy to process grade. It shows resistance to dyes & detergents, a quick cure rate with heat, low modulus of elasticity and excellent non-slip properties. It adapted viscosity to a large range of substrates. It is specially engineered for coating continuous or non-continuous elastic bands (for support stockings) and textile coating applications. It is applicable in Knee-length stocking top, non-slip trouser waistband-, bra strap- and support band coatings. SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A/B has a shelf life of 12 months. SILBIONE™ TCS 7773 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component liquid silicone elastomer that cures to a clear elastomer when exposed to high temperatures. It has excellent elongation and softness properties. It shows high elasticity, quick cure with heat, durability and excellent adhesion to multiple substrates. SILBIONE™ TCS 7773 A/B is specially engineered for textile coating applications. SILBIONE™ TCS 7561 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat-curing
liquid silicone elastomer which cures by a polyaddition reaction (Part-A is associated with Part-C). It has an extremely low softness and low modulus properties. It uses solventless technology and has a quick cure rate with heat. It adapted viscosity to a large range of substrates. It shows excellent non-slip properties with surface stickiness, very low modulus for better skin contact & comfort and resistance to dyes & detergents. SILBIONE™ TCS 7561 A/B is ideally suited for application on fabrics & coating of continuous or non-continuous bands. It is specially engineered for textile coating applications. SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 by Elkem Silicones is an easy-to-handle, non-staining, tin-free single component elastomer. It is curable at room temperature with a condensation cure (acetoxy). It imparts non-slip characteristics to treat fabrics while providing good tear strength and low modulus of elasticity. It offers excellent anti-slip properties, resistance to dyes and detergents, quick skin over and cures rate, which can be further accelerated by increasing temperature and humidity. It provides viscosity adapted to a large range of substrates. It imparts excellent adhesion to cotton, nylon, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane and various blends. SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 is used in lace coating of continuous or non-continuous bands (for support stockings), bra strap & support band coatings, knee-length stocking to coatings and non-slip trouser waistband coatings applications. It has a shelf life of 18 months. SILBIONE™ TCS 7370 OC by Elkem Silicones is a single component silicone elastomer. Provides non-slip characteristics, good tear strength and low modulus of elasticity. Exhibits viscosity adapted to a large range of substrates, excellent adhesion on polyamide, elasthanne, PU and PET, non-staining properties and resistance to dyes and detergents. Is easy to handle and room temperature curable (can be further accelerated by increasing temperature and humidity). SILBIONE™ TCS 7370 OC is suitable for textile coating applications. Designed specifically for lace coating of continuous or non-continuous bands (for support stockings), table lace coatings & industrial fabrics, coatings for fabrics and bands used in undergarments and lingerie such as bra strap and support bands, knee-length stockings, non-slip trouser waist band & for medical support.
