Bluesil™ TCS 7612 Base

BLUESIL™ TCS 7612 Base by Elkem Silicones is a part of a two-component polyaddition heat-cured, low viscosity screen printable silicone elastomer. It is well suited for blending with BLUESIL™ TCS 7664 Base as a viscosity modifier. It is easily customized with pigments and other fillers to provide a soft hand, thixotropy and high elongation properties. It shows low cure temperatures to prevent dye migration, fast cure at elevated temperatures, and long work time at room temperature. It exhibits heat resistance, excellent elasticity for printing on high stretch substrates, high bond strength without primer on textiles from different origins and durable finish-washable. It is an environmentally friendly (PVC-free) grade and uses solventless technology. BLUESIL™ TCS 7612 Base is specially engineered for textiles coating applications. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
