Dispex® AA 4145 MB by BASF is an effective polymeric dispersing agent based on acrylic acid sodium salt. It has excellent dispersing efficiency for inorganic pigments and extenders. It shows synergistic effects in combination with polyphosphates. It is a certified biomass-balanced additive.<br>

<li> It has a shelf life of at least 1 year.</li></ul> Dispex® AA 4140 by BASF is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low-viscosity dispersing agent for water-based coating systems, particularly suitable for the dispersion of inorganic pigments and fillers. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> Based on an organic polymer, it provides improved storage stability of both pigment dispersions and formulated paints compared with inorganic dispersing agents such as polyphosphate products. </li><li> It exhibits little or no adverse reaction to high temperatures or pH changes and remains effective over a pH range of 5–12 and at temperatures exceeding 100 °C. </li><li>Dispex® AA 4140 is used in architectural and industrial coatings. </li><li>The recommended dosage is 0.5-2% on total pigment weight. </li> Dispex® AA 4040 by BASF is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agent for waterborne coating systems. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is especially suited for the dispersion of inorganic pigments. </li><li> It is a solution of an ammonium salt of an acrylic polymer in water. </li><li>The neutralizing alkali used in conjunction with the acrylic polymer can significantly impact the properties of the final coating. </li><li>Dispex® AA 4040 is recommended for architectural, industrial, roof, paper and paperboard coating. </li></ul> Dispex® CX 4320 by BASF is an effective polymeric dispersing agent based on acrylic acid sodium salt. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It offers strong stability in formulations containing zinc oxide (ZnO), contributing to overall coating durability and performance. </li><li>It is specifically designed for efficient dispersion of inorganic fillers and pigments in coatings, particularly in high-gloss, semi-gloss, and highly filled interior paints. </li><li>It provides excellent dispersing efficiency, enhancing gloss and reducing haze while improving wet scrub resistance and blocking resistance. </li><li> Dispex® CX 4320 is recommended for architectural and industrial coating. </li><li>Recommended dosage level is between 0.2-1.0%. </li></ul> Dispex® Ultra FA 4425 by BASF is a dispersing and wetting agent for universal colorants for decorative tinting systems, makes colorants with excellent compatibility and stability. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It stabilizes all kinds of pigments and extenders in water- and solvent-based systems, especially in decorative coatings.</li><li> It makes polar ingredients of universal colorants more compatible with non-polar solvent-based paints into which they may be incorporated.</li><li>It is considered suitable for VOC-free applications, particularly universal colorants.</li><li>It can increase compatibility and color acceptance, especially in water-based and ultra-low aromatic content decorative paints.</li><li> Dispex® Ultra FA 4425 is recommended for decorative coating.</li></ul> Dispex® Ultra FA 4480 by BASF is a low molecular weight wetting and dispersing agent based on modified fatty alcohol polyglycolether. It is especially suitable for coatings and aqueous, binder and solvent-free pigment pastes.<br>

<li>The recommended addition level is 1-5% for inorganic pigments, 10-30% for organic pigments and up to 50% for carbon black.</li></ul> Dispex® CX 4230 by BASF is a medium-hydrophobic dispersing agent for interior and exterior architectural coatings with good liquefying effect. It is a low VOC, low odor hydrophobic dispersant. Dispex® CX 4230 is used to disperse titanium dioxide and extender pigments. Recommended dosage level from 1.05 to 3.0% based on pigment solids. Dispex® Ultra PX 4290 by BASF is a novel high molecular weight dispersing agent for organic and inorganic pigments. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers excellent pigment stabilizing characteristics and outstanding color strength, excellent flocculation stability and viscosity reduction. </li><li>This allows higher pigment loadings while excellent flow characteristics are maintained. </li><li> It improves gloss and anti-flooding behavior. </li><li>It is solvent free. </li><li>Dispex® Ultra PX 4290 is recommended for architectural and industrial coating and printing ink system. </li></ul> Dispex® Ultra FA 4431 by BASF is a wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based systems. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be used in all solvent-based and solvent-free industrial and decorative coating systems. </li><li> It is especially suitable for wetting, dispersion and stabilization of inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-free epoxy and polyurethane systems, like flooring or pipe-line coatings. </li><li>It can also be used to decrease the viscosity of water-based resin-free inorganic pigment concentrates, based on high molecular weight dispersing agents like EFKA 4550. </li><li>It is suitable for dispersion and stabilization of inorganic pigments and fillers in water-based decorative paints based on acrylic emulsions, achieving a better rheology and improved gloss. </li><li>Dispex® Ultra FA 4431 is recommended for architectural, automotive OEM and industrial coating. </li></ul> Dispex® AA 4935 (old: Pigment Disperser® N) by BASF is a highly efficient and effective polymeric dispersing agent based on acrylic acid sodium salt in powder form. It offers excellent dispersing efficiency for inorganic pigments and extenders. Dispex® AA 4935 shows synergistic effects in combination with polyphosphates and excellent storage stability. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5% calculated on the total formulation.
