Dispex® AA 4145 MB

Dispex® AA 4145 MB by BASF is an effective polymeric dispersing agent based on acrylic acid sodium salt. It has excellent dispersing efficiency for inorganic pigments and extenders. It shows synergistic effects in combination with polyphosphates. Dispex® AA 4140

Dispex® AA 4140 by BASF is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low-viscosity dispersing agent for water-based coating systems, particularly suitable for the dispersion of inorganic pigments and fillers. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> Based on an organic polymer, it provides improved storage stability of both pigment dispersions and formulated paints compared with inorganic dispersing agents such as polyphosphate products. </li><li> It exhibits little or no adverse reaction to high temperatures or pH changes and remains effective over a pH range of 5–12 and at temperatures exceeding 100 °C. </li><li>Dispex® AA 4140 is used in architectural and industrial coatings. </li><li>The recommended dosage is 0.5-2% on total pigment weight. </li>

Dispex® AA 4040

Dispex® AA 4040 by BASF is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agent for waterborne coating systems. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is especially suited for the dispersion of inorganic pigments. </li><li> It is a solution of an ammonium salt of an acrylic polymer in water. </li><li>The neutralizing alkali used in conjunction with the acrylic polymer can significantly impact the properties of the final coating. </li><li>Dispex® AA 4040 is recommended for architectural, industrial, roof, paper and paperboard coating. </li></ul>

Dispex® CX 4320

Dispex® Ultra FA 4425

Dispex® Ultra FA 4480

Dispex® Ultra FA 4480 by BASF is a low molecular weight wetting and dispersing agent based on modified fatty alcohol polyglycolether. It is especially suitable for coatings and aqueous, binder and solvent-free pigment pastes.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides outstanding flow properties even at high pigment load.</li> <li>It increases gloss and color intensity of the paint, especially in combination with organic pigments.</li> <li>Dispex® Ultra FA 4480 is designed for water-based alkyds, polyester resins and polyurethane emulsions.</li> <li>The recommended addition level is 1-5% for inorganic pigments, 10-30% for organic pigments and up to 50% for carbon black.</li></ul>

Dispex® CX 4230

Dispex® CX 4230 by BASF is a medium-hydrophobic dispersing agent for interior and exterior architectural coatings with good liquefying effect. It is a low VOC, low odor hydrophobic dispersant. Dispex® CX 4230 is used to disperse titanium dioxide and extender pigments. Recommended dosage level from 1.05 to 3.0% based on pigment solids.

Dispex® Ultra PX 4290

Dispex® Ultra FA 4431

Dispex® AA 4935

Dispex® AA 4935 (old: Pigment Disperser® N) by BASF is a highly efficient and effective polymeric dispersing agent based on acrylic acid sodium salt in powder form. It offers excellent dispersing efficiency for inorganic pigments and extenders. Dispex® AA 4935 shows synergistic effects in combination with polyphosphates and excellent storage stability. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5% calculated on the total formulation.
