Dispex® Ultra FA 4431 by BASF is a wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based systems.
- It can be used in all solvent-based and solvent-free industrial and decorative coating systems.
- It is especially suitable for wetting, dispersion and stabilization of inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-free epoxy and polyurethane systems, like flooring or pipe-line coatings.
- It can also be used to decrease the viscosity of water-based resin-free inorganic pigment concentrates, based on high molecular weight dispersing agents like EFKA 4550.
- It is suitable for dispersion and stabilization of inorganic pigments and fillers in water-based decorative paints based on acrylic emulsions, achieving a better rheology and improved gloss.
- Dispex® Ultra FA 4431 is recommended for architectural, automotive OEM and industrial coating.
