Dispex® AA 4040

Dispex® AA 4040 (Old name: Dispex® A 40) by BASF is a standard dispersing agent. It is an ammonium polyacrylate polymer. It has low polydispersity leading to most efficient dispersing properties and liquefying effect. Suitable for inorganic fillers and pigments. Dispex® AA 4040 by BASF is recommended for low-VOC systems. Used in high PVC paints, matt / interior, silk / semi-gloss, wood paints and stains, gloss paints as well as in plasters, exterior and elastic paints.

Dispex® Ultra FA 4425

Dispex® Ultra FA 4425 (Old name: Efka® 6225) by BASF acts as a dispersing and wetting agent. It offers maximum color development, high pigment loading and color acceptance in base paints. It makes colorants with excellent compatibility and stability. Dispex® Ultra FA 4425 is suitable for VOC-free systems, universal colorants and tinting systems. It is designed for water- and solvent-based decorative coatings. Its recommended dosage level for universal colorants as inorganic pigments is 5.0–10.0 % on pigment weight, for universal colorants as organic pigments is 10.0–20.0 % on pigment weight and for base paints is 0.5–1.5 % on total base paint.
