WARADUR® E by Voelpker is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. It acts as a release agent, flow improver, dispersing agent for color masterbatches and filled plastics (talc, glass fiber), gloss booster, surface improver.<br>

<li>The corresponding esters in WARADUR® E exhibit chain length in the range of C58-C66 and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates.</li>
<li>It is compatible with thermoplastics such as PA, PBT, TPE, PC, PVC, styrenics, thermosets such as epoxy resins, phenolic resins and polyurethane.</li>
<li>The maximum shelf life is 5 years.</li>
<li>It has reached the criteria for inherent biodegradability (OECD Guideline 301 D, Closed Bottle Test).</li></ul> WARADUR® GSM by Voelpker is an ester wax consisting of an ester mixture of long chain aliphatic acids. It acts as a flow improver and release agent. It also acts as a lubricant for rigid PVC processing, especially films and profiles. It is available in pale yellow colored powder or flakes form. WARADUR® GSM provides flow improvement and mold release of TPU. It shows high effectiveness at low concentrations of 0.3 – 0.8 phr. It is REACH, RoHS and CONEG compliant. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years. WARADUR® ELE by Voelpker is a special wax blend, consisting of esters of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C28-C32) with multihydroxyl alcohols. It acts as a mold release emulsion for PUR, epoxy resins and aminoplast resins. It also acts as an anti-blocking agent for PVCD and other polymers. It is used as a slip agent for injection molding and for foam moldings made from hot-cured polyurethane foam. WARADUR® ELE is easy to emulsify and is suitable for making non-ionic emulsions up to concentrations of 25-30%. It can be used in paper and packaging. It is REACH, RoHS and CONEG compliant. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years. WARADUR® OP<i>plus</i> by Voelpker is a montan wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. It is a dispersing agent for color masterbatches and filled (talc, glass fiber) plastics. It is made from a fossil and re-growing biological sources and contains an increased amount of calcium montanate, and fatty acid salts and -esters. It helps reduce- mold temperature in injection molding, melt temperature (compounding, injection molding, extrusion/blow molding), increase injection speeds during injection molding. WARADUR® OP<i>plus</i> helps improve surface quality of injection molded parts. With the use of this grade, higher filler contents under the same processing conditions and long flow paths can be monitored. It is compatible with thermoplastics such as PA, PBT, TPE, PC, PVC, styrenics and thermosets namely epoxy resins, phenolic resins, polyurethane. Recommended dosage is 0.3-0.6%. The minimum and maximum shelf life of WARADUR® OP<i>plus</i> is 1.5 and 5 years respectively. WARADUR® GE by Voelpker is a glycerol ester wax of montanic acids with a slightly higher molecular weight than WARADUR® E. The corresponding glycerol esters exhibit chain length in the range of approx. C60 avg. and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates. It acts as a release agent, flow improver, dispersing agent for color masterbatches and filled plastics (talc, glass fiber), gloss booster, surface improver. It is made from a fossil biological source. It is compatible with thermoplastics such as PA, PBT, TPE, PC, PVC, styrenics, thermosets such as epoxy resins, phenolic resins and polyurethane. It acts as a processing aid, lubricant, mold release- and dispersing agent. It is designed to combine the lubrication properties of oleochemical esters with those of montan wax esters. WARADUR® ESM is compatible with PA, PP, PU/TPU, PE, PC, PS, ABS, PVC, TPE, POM and polymer blends. It is REACH, RoHS and CONEG compliant. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years. WARADUR® GSA by Voelpker is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acid with multihydroxyl alcohols. It acts internally as a flow improver and also externally as a release agent. It exhibits high compatibility and low migration tendency. It is available in pale yellow colored pastilles or flakes form. WARADUR® GSA is especially designed for engineering plastics and Ca/Zn stabilized rigid PVC extrusion. It shows high effectiveness at low concentrations of 0.3–0.8 phr. It is REACH, RoHS and CONEG compliant. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years.
