WARAMONT® CA by Voelpker acts as a nucleating and lubricant agent. It is also an acid scavenger for polyolefins and polyoxymethylene. It consists of Ca salts of montanic acids (calcium montanate) and is made from a fossil biological source. It provides improvement of melt flow and demouldability. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, low volatility, and high color stability. It is compatible with PA, PBT, TPE, PC, PVC, styrenics, epoxy resins, phenolic resins, and polyurethane. WARAMONT® CA is not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria but is inherently biodegradable. It complies with REACH, RoHS, CONEG, and Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011.
WARADUR® E by Voelpker is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. It acts as a release agent, flow improver, dispersing agent for color masterbatches and filled plastics (talc, glass fiber), gloss booster, surface improver.<br>

<li>The corresponding esters in WARADUR® E exhibit chain length in the range of C58-C66 and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates.</li>
<li>It is compatible with thermoplastics such as PA, PBT, TPE, PC, PVC, styrenics, thermosets such as epoxy resins, phenolic resins and polyurethane.</li>
<li>The maximum shelf life is 5 years.</li>
<li>It has reached the criteria for inherent biodegradability (OECD Guideline 301 D, Closed Bottle Test).</li></ul>
CEVO® -process C-3310 by Voelpker is a well-balanced lubricant combination. It acts as a processing aid, mold release- and dispersing agents. It is a synergistic mixture of montan wax esters and fat soaps. The mixture was engineered especially for the application in PVC for injection molding and extrusion process. It improves the flow behavior of melt and causes high melt stability. It leads to a better demolding of parts. It reduces influence of friction and works as a chloride scavenger. It is available in white colored powder form. Recommended dosage level is 1.0-1.5 phr. CEVO® -process C-3310 is RoHS and CONEG compliant. The maximum shelf life is 5 years.
