CEVO® -process C-3310 by Voelpker is a well-balanced lubricant combination. It acts as a processing aid, mold release- and dispersing agents. It is a synergistic mixture of montan wax esters and fat soaps. The mixture was engineered especially for the application in PVC for injection molding and extrusion process. It improves the flow behavior of melt and causes high melt stability. It leads to a better demolding of parts. It reduces influence of friction and works as a chloride scavenger. It is available in white colored powder form. Recommended dosage level is 1.0-1.5 phr. CEVO® -process C-3310 is RoHS and CONEG compliant. The maximum shelf life is 5 years. CEVO® -process G-2013 by Voelpker is a special wax blend, consisting of montan ester- and microcrystalline waxes. It acts as a mold release agent in water-based emulsions. CEVO® -process G-2013 is suitable for polyurethane and plastics applications. It is available in yellow colored flakes or powder form. It is REACH, RoHS and CONEG compliant. The maximum shelf life is 5 years. CEVO® -stab H-1000 by Voelpker is a one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of thermal and UV stabilizers. It is available in white colored powder form. It is engineered especially for the basic stabilization of thermoplastic elastomers, mainly based on styrene rubbers. By the addition of CEVO-stab H-1000 to the formulation degradation processes during processing will be minimized and the produced parts show a better long-term behavior. CEVO® -stab H-1000 recommended dosage is 0.7–1.0 phr. It is RoHS and CONEG compliant. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years. CEVO® -process B-3200 by Voelpker is a processing auxiliary and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating, release and dispersing agent. It is a blend of montan wax and fatty acid esters. It can be used in mineral filled glass fiber reinforced or pigmented compound. It improves homogeneity of filler and pigment distribution. It can reduce damage by friction peaks and leads to an improved surface quality. The mixture was engineered especially for the application in polypropylene. Its recommended use level is 0.3-0.5%. It complies with RoHS and CONEG. CEVO® -process B-3200 has a shelf life of maximum 5 years. CEVO® -stab A-1310 by Voelpker is a one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of lubricating- and dispersing agents as well as a UV stabilizer. It is especially used in polyamide compounds stabilized for outdoor applications. It can be used in unfilled, mineral-filled or glass fiber reinforced as well as impact-modified formulations. The UV stability of produced compound is increased. In addition, it improves the homogeneity of the filler/modifier distribution, reduces damages by friction peaks and leads to an improved surface quality. CEVO® -stab A-1310 complies with ROHS and CONEG. The recommend usage level is 0.5-0.7% and maximum shelf life is 5 years after production. CEVO® -stab B-5210 by Voelpker is a one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of thermal and UV stabilizers. It is available in white colored powder form. It is engineered especially for unfilled polypropylene compound. By the addition of CEVO-stab B-5210 to the formulation degradation processes during processing will be minimized and the produced parts show a very good long-term behavior relating to thermal and UV stability. CEVO® -stab B-5210 recommended dosage is 0.6-1.0%. It is RoHS and CONEG compliant. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years. CEVO® -stab H-1005 by Voelpker is a one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of thermal and UV stabilizers. It is available in white colored powder form. It is engineered especially for an increased thermal an UV stabilization of thermoplastic elastomers, mainly based on styrene rubbers. By the addition of CEVO-stab H-1005 to the formulation degradation processes during processing will be minimized and the produced parts show a better long-term behavior. CEVO® -stab H-1005 recommended dosage is 1.1-1.5 phr. It is RoHS and CONEG compliant. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years. CEVO® -stab E-5300 by Voelpker is a synergistic mixture of montan wax esters, balanced mixture of diverse stabilizers, lubricating- and dispersing agents. The mixture is suitable for recycling process of ABS waste. It offers very good stabilization, surface gloss and is available in white colored powder form. It reduces degradation of polymer during extrusion process. CEVO® -stab E-5300 improves homogeneity of filler distribution and surface quality. Recommend dosage level is 0.4-0.6%. It is RoHS and CONEG compliant. The maximum shelf life is 5 years. CEVO® -stab A-5100 by Voelpker is a special one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating agents as well as a balanced mixture of stabilizers. The mixture is engineered especially for recycling processes of polyamides. It offers low wall thicknesses and long flow paths. It reduces degradation of polymer during extrusion process and enhances flow characteristics. It improves homogeneity of filler distribution and leads to an increased surface quality. CEVO® -stab A-5100 reduces total cycle time in injection molding. It is available in white colored powder form. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-0.8%. It is RoHS and CONEG compliant. The maximum shelf life is 5 years. CEVO® -stab G-5600 by Voelpker is a special one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating and dispersing agents as well as a balanced mixture of diverse stabilizers. The mixture is engineered especially for recycling process of PUR and TPU. It offers very good basic stabilization and improved surface quality. It minimizes thermo-oxidative force of polymer during extrusion process. CEVO® -stab G-5600 is available in pale yellow colored powder form. Recommend dosage level is 0.5-0.7%. It is RoHS and CONEG compliant. The maximum shelf life is 5 years.
