Anti UV masterbatch containing blend of polymeric HALS additives in a MFI 7 LDPE carrier. It contains additives with very low volatility and can be used in both cast and blown film processes. It can be used with all types polyolefines LDPE, LLDPE, EVA and other copolymers, and also PP. Addition of filler ( kaolin, titanium oxide …) can modify the ageing characteristics. Anti UV masterbatch containing UV Absorbers in a LLDPE carrier resin. Masterbatch absorbs the UV radiation and gives excellent optical properties. It can be easily processed on both blown and cast film extrusion lines. It is used in shrink-wrap films to prevent both discoloration and loss of properties of contents. UV 32 by Polytechs is anti UV masterbatch containing a blend of polymeric HALS additives in an MFI 7 LDPE carrier. It is mainly used to give UV protection to polyethylene films. No benzophenone, benzotriazole or nickel quencher are contained in UV 32. It contains additives with very low volatility and can be used in both cast and blown film processes for the manufacture of films with all thickness. This masterbatch gives a good UV protection without effecting tensile and elongation strength adversely. Films protected with UV 32 are colorless. UV 32 can be used with all types of polyolefins LDPE, LLDPE, EVA and other copolymers, and also with PP.
