UV 32

UV 32 by Polytechs is anti UV masterbatch containing a blend of polymeric HALS additives in an MFI 7 LDPE carrier. It is mainly used to give UV protection to polyethylene films. No benzophenone, benzotriazole or nickel quencher are contained in UV 32. It contains additives with very low volatility and can be used in both cast and blown film processes for the manufacture of films with all thickness. This masterbatch gives a good UV protection without effecting tensile and elongation strength adversely. Films protected with UV 32 are colorless. UV 32 can be used with all types of polyolefins LDPE, LLDPE, EVA and other copolymers, and also with PP.
