AB PE 20 S

by Polytechs

AB PE 20 S by Polytechs is a synthetic silica (20%) based antiblocking masterbatch in LDPE base resin. It is used to prevent blocking during unwinding of PE films and to allow easy opening of PE bags and sachets. Synthetic silica gives a better transparency than natural silica and the additive chosen in AB PE 20 S gives excellent optical properties. AB PE 20 S is used in both cast film and blown film processes, for LDPE and LLDPE. It is used to give surface friction to PE films. Suitable for food contact applications. The concentrations of AB PE 20 S in polyethylene films are between 1.0 and 2.5 %.

AB PE 50 N

by Polytechs

AB PE 50 N by Polytechs is natural silica based (50%) antiblocking masterbatch containing in a LDPE carrier. It is used to prevent blocking of PE films during wind-up and to allow easy opening of PE bags and sachets. The type of silica used gives excellent surface friction to LDPE & LLDPE films without adversely effecting the film transparency. AB PE 50 N is compatible with other polyolefines also. It can be used in both cast and blown film processes. It is suitable for food contact applications. The used concentrations of AB PE 50N are between 0.4 and 2%.

AB PE 15 N

by Polytechs

Natural silica based (15%) antiblocking masterbatch in LDPE carrier resin. It is used to prevent blocking of PE films during wind-up and to allow easy opening of PE bags and sachets. The type of silica used efficiently reduces the coefficient of friction of LDPE and LLDPE films without adversely affecting the film transparency. AB PE 15 N is compatible with other polyolefines also. In this case, used concentrations of AB PE 15 N are between 1.3 and 7%. It can be used in both cast and blown film processes. It is suitable for food contact applications.
