ULTRA-LUBE™ PE 110 by Performance additives is a polyethylene wax, Homopolymer. Improves flow and processability. ULTRA-LUBE™ PE 110 provides very good release from metallic surfaces as well as improving surfaces of molded articles. ULTRA-LUBE™ 790 by Performance additives is a combination of high molecular weight, aliphatic fatty acid ester and special lubricants. Used as a processing additive. Offers very good lubricating properties. ULTRA-LUBE™ 330 by Performance additives is structure of high molecular esters and fatty acid soaps. ULTRA-LUBE™ 330 is used as a general-purpose processing additive. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 by Performance additives is a blend of fatty acid derivatives in an inert carrier. It is a processing additive for most polymers. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding, ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 leads to faster mould filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. It also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. It has a chemical structure which does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods. Recommended dosage is 2 to 5 phr. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions. Blend of unsaturated primary amide of fatty acid and fatty acid derivatives. Used as internal lubricant and dispersing aid for specialty elastomers, like HNBR, XNBR, NBR, ECO and exotic polymers. Improves mould – and extrusion flow. Reduces stickiness on metallic surfaces. Enhances surface feel and finish. ULTRA-LUBE™ 480 by Performance additives is a blend of esters and metal soaps of natural fatty acids. Improves extrudability of NBR/PVC blend compounds. ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 by Performance additives is a mixture of fatty acid soaps. Offers improved flow properties of rubber compounds. Exhibits improved dispersion of filler and is equally effective for carbon black and white filler. ULTRA-LUBE™ ZnSt by Performance additives is zinc salt of stearic acid. Used as an internal lubricant in rubber compounds. Improves the surface of molded parts. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 by Performance Additives is a structure of fatty acid soaps and amides. It is highly effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. This effect is based on a reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction against metal surfaces. It is outstanding during the compounding stage and after vulcanization as a mold release. Besides, it is highly effective as an internal release agent in preventing rubber compounds sticking to open mill rolls as well as to rotors in internal mixers. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 has a stabilizing effect on the tendency of re-crystallization in CR compounds. Dosage level is 1 to 5 phr. Blend of fatty acid derivatives. Used as general purpose processing additive. Improves overall processing properties like flow, dispersion, and surface appearance.
