ULTRA-LUBE™ 200

ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 by Performance additives is a blend of fatty acid derivatives in an inert carrier. It is a processing additive for most polymers. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding, ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 leads to faster mould filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. It also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. It has a chemical structure which does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods. Recommended dosage is 2 to 5 phr. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.
