REFORSIL 75

REFORSIL 75 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a coupling agent based on bis [3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl] disulfide. It provides improved tensile strength, tearing strength, abrasive resistance and processability of rubber products. It reduces the viscosity and compression set of vulcanizates. It improves the physical & mechanical properties of vulcanizates as well as reinforcing properties of fillers that contain hydroxyl groups in all unsaturated polymers having double bonds or their blends. It contains low active disulfane functional group and offers more considerable scorch safety. REFORSIL 75 can be used in combination with silica, talc powder, mica powder and clay in polymers such as NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM.
