HiDispersion® TMTD-80

HiDispersion® TMTD-80 by LIONS INDUSTRIES acts as a secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, NBR, IIR, BR, and CR. It provides good heat resistance and aging resistance, as a sulfur-less curing agent. It is an activator for basic accelerators, e.g. aldehyde amine and guanidine, when used together with delayed action accelerators such as CBS and others. It reduces scorch rate and increases total curing time, if mercapto or sulphenamide accelerators are added. HiDispersion® TMTD-80 is suitable for low-temperature curing products.
