Deogum 80 by DOG Chemie is blend of fatty alcohols and salts of fatty acids combined with lubricants. Deogum 80 used as an internal lubricant. Deogum 294 by DOG Chemie is an organo silicone compound. Provides flow and release properties. It facilitates the processing of special elastomers as FPM, HNBR, ACM or ECO. Deogum 194 by DOG Chemie is an organosilicone compound combined with organic lubricants. Acts as a processing aid. Improves flow and molding properties without the difficulties of a conventional silicone oil or silicone based additive. Especially eases the release. Deogum 194 is recommended for special elastomers as HNBR, ACM or ECO. It is added at the appropriate dosage into the internal mixer together with the filler. The dosage rate is 0.5-3.0 phr Deogum VP 294 by DOG Chemie is an organosilicone compounds combined with organic lubricants. Acts as a processing aid. It improves the flow properties and mold-filling. It also eases the mold release and provides a smooth surface. Deogum VP 294 is suitable for high performance elastomers that are difficult to process. Recommended for special elastomers such as FPM, HNBR, ACM, and ECO. Typical dosage is 0.5-3 phr.
