Deogum 194 by DOG Chemie is an organosilicone compound combined with organic lubricants. Acts as a processing aid. Improves flow and molding properties without the difficulties of a conventional silicone oil or silicone based additive. Especially eases the release. Deogum 194 is recommended for special elastomers as HNBR, ACM or ECO. It is added at the appropriate dosage into the internal mixer together with the filler. The dosage rate is 0.5-3.0 phr
