Deolink Amino TE-100 by DOG Chemie acts as a coupling agent. It improves the bonding between the inorganic substrate or filler and the organic polymer.
Deoflow® AP by DOG Chemie acts as a dispersing agent. It is zinc and water-free and provides good dispersing ability to fillers. It also improves the flow and extrusion properties of rubber compounds without having a peptizing or activating effect on vulcanization. Deoflow® AP is recommended for rubber compounds that are sensitive to interference caused by the presence of water or zinc contained in the processing aids. The dosage rate is 2-6 phr.
