Deogum VP 294 by DOG Chemie is an organosilicone compounds combined with organic lubricants. Acts as a processing aid. It improves the flow properties and mold-filling. It also eases the mold release and provides a smooth surface. Deogum VP 294 is suitable for high performance elastomers that are difficult to process. Recommended for special elastomers such as FPM, HNBR, ACM, and ECO. Typical dosage is 0.5-3 phr.
