IncroMold™ F

IncroMold™ F by Cargill is an internal mold release agent. It reduces cycle time and improves productivity in polyolefins. It offers scratch resistance, improved surface finish, continuous running, and reduced machine wear & cleaning. When dispersed evenly through the polymer, it migrates to the surface where it forms a thin lubricating layer which reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li> It is designed for use upto temperature of around 230°C. </li> <li> IncroMold™ F is recommended for ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). </li> <li> It is suitable for automotive and injection molding applications. </li> <li> Its dosage level is 0.2-0.5 % for molding applications. </li> <li> It has a shelf life of 1 year. </li></ul>
