IncroMold™ F by Cargill is an internal mold release agent. It reduces cycle time and improves productivity in polyolefins. It offers scratch resistance, improved surface finish, continuous running, and reduced machine wear & cleaning. When dispersed evenly through the polymer, it migrates to the surface where it forms a thin lubricating layer which reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.
- It is designed for use upto temperature of around 230°C.
- IncroMold™ F is recommended for ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).
- It is suitable for automotive and injection molding applications.
- Its dosage level is 0.2-0.5 % for molding applications.
- It has a shelf life of 1 year.
