IncroMold™ K by Cargill acts as an anti-scratch and internal mold release agent. It offers reduced cycle time, improved productivity, and improved surface finish in a variety of polymers. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer which reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.
- It is suitable for use upto temperatures of around 280°C-300°C.
- It provides continuous running and reduced machine wear & cleaning.
- IncroMold™ K is recommended for polyolefins, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).
- It is used in automotive and injection molding applications.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.5%.
- It has a shelf life of 1 year.
